Can I contact/communicate with reviewers?

In the near future, businesses will be able to create a Provider account on Whizpa.com and respond directly to specific reviews. In the meantime, whilst this functionality is being built, businesses have the option of creating a User account and posting responses in the same way that a review is posted by consumers.
